 Live Further is a housing agency in Barcelona that offers fully furnished rooms in shared apartments for medium-term stays.
But we’re more than just rentals, we build community. Our tenants enjoy regular social events, exclusive local perks through our partners, and ongoing support from our team throughout their stay.

Anyone who is aged between 18 and 35 years old, and is coming to Barcelona to study or work.

We rent our rooms to individuals only, and as such do not accept couples.

The minimum stay is 1 month and the maximum stay is 11 months, with the option to renovate your contract afterwards

To not disturb our tenants we only perform online visits. We will provide you with pictures, video tours and floor plans so you can revisit the property as many times as you wish. 

 If you want to insure your belogings, you will need to get your own insurance. 

If you are arriving at Barcelona Airport (El Prat de Llobregat) on the same day as your check-in takes place, we can provide free airport transfer to take you directly to your flat. We only require your flight information, and at least 72 hours notice prior to your arrival to make the arrangements. Please check the Arrival Video 

You can check-in any time after 14:00 and before 17:00 (time of arrival to the flat) on the day you reserve from. If a reservation starts on a weekend or public holiday, then the check-in will take place on the next business day. Check-in involves visually verifying the property, going over and signing the lease, handing over property access, and a tour of the surrounding area. Please check the Checkin Video

If you're leaving on the day your contract ends, the check-out takes place before 11:00am. If you're leaving before the last contractual day, the check-out takes place at any time that is convenient for you. Please be aware that any personal belongings remaining in the flat after the checkout will be disposed of. Please check the Checkout video

Your deposit is transferred back to you within 30 days after your contractual checkout date.

The contracts between the landlords and the tenants are temporary. This means that the room to be booked is not the permanent address of the tenant but a temporary housing for work or study purposes.

A PDF of your passport and the acceptance letter of your university or company enrollment.

We must approve your booking in order to validate that you are a good match for your potential flatmates.

Although your contract is available in the customer area you will sign it upon arrival.

The rental contract will be signed in the country's local language. Nevertheless, we can provide an English copy so you have a clear idea of what you are signing.

Live Further's fee is to be paid through our online gateway. Deposit and monthly rent must be in cash or via bank transfer. Our bank account details are available in your customer area. All payments must be in euros.

We expect you to pay the monthly rent within the first 5 days of the month.

If you cancel your booking more than 1 month prior to your checkin date you will be refunded the one time Live Further fee. Please be aware that if you decide to modify your checkin-date after your booking has been accepted Live Further will be able to cancel your reservation and retain the one time Live Further fee.

 If you decide to leave earlier than stated, you can do so with no extra cost by giving us written notice 30 days in advance. 

All utility bills* (water, gas and electricity), Wi-Fi and monthly cleaning of common areas* are included in the rent.

*However, we encourage you to use the utilities responsibly and therefore there is a limit in the consumption. Any consumption from this limit onwards is considered a misuse.

*Please have in mind that it's your responsibility to keep your room clean and keep your flat tidy on a daily basis, performing tasks that include, but are not limited to: throwing out the garbage and cleaning the kitchen after cooking and eating. 

Towels and the first bedding pack (duvet, pillow, linen) are provided upon arrival and collected at the end.

Daily visitors are always allowed. Guests staying overnight on weekends can stay without permission. If a guest stays over during the week, you need permission from your flatmates and LF. In any case, guests are only allowed to stay in your room, never in the common areas.

Unfortunately not. All Live Further accommodations are non-smoking.
