Right off Gran Via, this four-bedroom flat greets you with a space made for slowing down after a fast-paced day. As you walk in, there's a spot to leave your shoes, hang your coat, and check the corkboard with everything you need to stay in sync with your flatmates.
Moving down the hallway, you’ll find the bedrooms spaced along the left, and two full bathrooms on the right. Two bathrooms for comfort, privacy, and no morning bottlenecks.
At the end of the hall, the flat opens into a kitchen. The space is designed to be practical, spacious, and made for shared meals or solo cooking moments. There’s plenty of storage, so everyone has their own space.
Just beyond, the living room welcomes you in with natural light, a cozy sofa, TV, and a dining table that shifts easily from meals to work sessions. High ceilings throughout the flat give it an airy, expansive feel that makes everything more comfortable and open.

Sant Antoni (Eixample)
Sant Antoni is a neighborhood in the Eixample district of Barcelona, Catalonia (Spain). Its non-official centre, the marketplace of the same name—designed by Antoni Rovira i Trias and built between 1872 and 1882—is one of the oldest and most popular in the city, especially with the secondhand book stalls that surround the building Sunday mornings. It is bordered by the neighbourhoods of the L'Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample (on the other side of Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes), the Raval (on the other side of Ronda de Sant Antoni), and Poble Sec (on the other side of Avinguda del Paral·lel). The streets of Sant Antoni follow the grid pattern prevalent in all of Eixample, except for a central thoroughfare, the Avinguda de Mistral, built on the site of an important medieval road which led out of Barcelona. Another well-known landmark of Sant Antoni is the bar called Els Tres Tombs, right next to the market.
