Welcome to London, a cozy hideaway in the heart of El Clot, just steps from the beach and surrounded by a built-in community.
From the moment you walk in, there's a sense of calm. A mirror and tidy shoe organizer set the tone: organized, minimal, and welcoming.
The flat opens into a bright, open-plan living space, where the living room and kitchen flow together naturally. A soft sofa, a table for dinners or work sessions, and a TV for unwinding. The kitchen might be compact, but it's fully equipped and functional, with plenty of storage and all the essentials ready for your next shared meal or solo creation.

Toward the back, there’s a smartly arranged laundry area, and two small yet separate spaces, one with a shower, the other with a toilet. This organisation offers privacy and efficiency in daily routines.

Clot (Sant Marti)
El Clot is a neighborhood in the Sant Martí district of Barcelona, Catalonia (Spain). It is one of the oldest parts of the district that has been around since the medieval times under the name Clotum Melis (Clot de la Mel). It was one of the parts of the former municipality of Sant Martí de Provençals, as were the current neighborhoods of el Poblenou and Sant Martí de Provençals.
